We have received many e-mails asking us for information about the website. In order to give people a much better insight on what is being worked on and what features are already in place, we have made the Silk Road Market Google Group public. The Silk Road Market administrators team has been using and will continue to use this group as a way to exchange information and ideas on the development of the website.

This might be very interesting for all of you guys who would like to join the website because it shows all of the current features, the features that will be implemented before the website goes live, and the features that will be added after the website opens.

This Google Group will act as a glass screen for interested members to look through, but some information will be private. Feel free to sign up.

Before the website goes live, we are going to implement a voting system where each user will receive a set number of voting points at sign up. After the website goes live, you will be given options for improvements to the website that you will be able to vote on using your voting points. There are a lot of things that the website will have, but you will pick the order in which these things will be implemented. Those users who apply for membership before the website goes live will receive many more voting points than users who sign up after the opening, so don't wait for opening day to apply!

Here are some ideas that you will be voting on when we go live:

• User rating system
• Guild sign up and internal guild markets
• Statistics such as item average cost
Again, we will implement all of these things with time, but you will get a chance to vote on what gets implemented first. When the website goes live we will also start taking in your suggestions and your ideas.

We are finishing the website as fast as we can and are happy to announce that we have received many user account requests. As we get closer to the opening day we will e-mail all of the users that have requested accounts to let you know the exact opening day and time! On opening day, we will e-mail you your login information. We thank you for your patience.
