What is SilkRoad all about?
SilkRoad is a fantasy MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online RPG) game. This site is in no way associated with silkroadonline.net or with the actual game, we just want to give players a way to search for specific items that they want to buy/sell in the game.
Rules, rules, rules, ok what are the rules?
Breaking these rules can get you banned!
Do not defy the moderators' expressed wishes
No aggressive behavior or flaming
No trashing of other people (i.e. SPAM)
No profanity
No advertising
The allowed avatar formats are .gif, .jpg and .png
Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn, religious material, animal / human cruelty or racist images for avatars
No SPAM
DO NOT LIE ABOUT YOUR ITEMS!!! (you will get banned)

I want to be a member, what do I have to do now?
Here are the steps to get you started:
- Read our terms and conditions here
- E-mail us at silkroadmarket@gmail.com
- Send a user name that you want to use
- Send an e-mail address that you check
- We will e-mail you your password
- Change your password when you first log in
- Set your character when you first log in
- Start selling/buying
I've lost my user name or password! Can you send it to me?
At this point we can only give you a new account or reset your password and e-mail it to you.
Can you rename my account?
There should not be a need to do this as each account can have multiple characters. You can create new characters and use them to buy/sell.
What are the different user classes?

Each user class has different privileges that will become operant when the website is in full swing.

How do I add an avatar to my profile?
First, find an image that you like which falls within the rules. Then you will have to find a place to host it, such as Photobucket, Upload-It! or ImageShack.
In your profile, click on the 'Edit Avatar' link and copy the URL you were given when uploading the image to the avatar field.
How do I change my password?
In your profile, click on the 'Edit Password' link. Type in your old password and then enter the new password twice.
